Not In Scope. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the personal information we process on behalf of our business clients, which is governed by the agreement(s) we have in place with them. In this Privacy Statement, "we," "us," "our," or "My Text R Us" refers to Text R Us LLC d/b/a My Text R Us and our affiliated companies. This Privacy Statement covers My Text R Us's information practices for our websites and mobile applications (collectively, the "Sites"). Your use of our Sites, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Privacy Statement and our Terms of Service, available at: /terms-of-service, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes.

Phone numbers are collected through the following methods:

• Direct registration: When a user provides their own mobile number during account creation for verification purposes.
• Business upload: When a business user imports or manually enters phone numbers of their customers or contacts. The business must have obtained explicit opt-in consent from each individual before adding them.
• Opt-in forms: When an individual voluntarily submits their phone number through a business's sign-up form, keyword opt-in, or web widget integrated with My Text R Us.

8. How Phone Numbers Are Stored

Phone numbers and associated contact data are stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted by our infrastructure providers. Access to this data is restricted to authorized personnel and is governed by role-based access controls. We retain contact data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, provide our services, or enforce our agreements.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary to protect our rights and the rights of others.
